Shipping

Our standard method of shipping is always $7.99 CAD, no matter how many accessories you order, or where you are shipping your accessories. If your order total happens to be over $75 CAD (after all promo codes have been applied), your shipping will be free! Our free shipping policy is in effect for orders from all countries. After your order has been successfully placed, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your order before it ships - we will notify you via email as soon as your order is on its way to you!

Holiday Shipping

With the holidays just around the corner we want to ensure that your accessories are delivered to you in time to enjoy them and to give them to your loved ones.  To ensure your order is delivered before Christmas, we suggest placing your order before Monday December 5th, 12pm EST.  If you will be placing your order after this date, please contact one of our helpful customer service representatives to discuss shipping options so we can ensure your order is delivered by Christmas!

    Returns and Exchanges

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund (returns must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging) or receive another accessory of your choice that will be shipped to you free of charge. All items you wish to return or exchange must be shipped to our warehouse at your expense. With returns, if you wish to return an item upon receival of it, we will refund whatever shipping costs you paid while placing your order. If you are exchanging your accessory(ies) we will cover the cost of shipping the exchange accessory(ies) to you.  

    Full refunds and exchanges are given as long as a the request is communicated in under 30 days of you receiving your order. Please note that our return policy does not include rings, which are final sale due to hygienic reasons.

    Easy Return and Exchange Process: 

    1. Email customer care at support@ashleybridget.com, or call our support team. Our team is available to talk to you 8am-8pm EST, 7 days a week! Include in your initial request how you wish to proceed (return or exchange) and we will walk you through the process of which shipping carrier to ship your items back with, and how long the process should take (the processing times for refunds and exchanges vary).
    2. Ship your return, and email our customer care team the tracking number associated with your return. We highly advise you to ship your order to our warehouse with a tracking number.  We are not responsible for returns that are not received.  Make sure all of the accessories are packaged in their boxes and with their Cards of Authenticity (if these are not included with your return/exchange, no refund or exchange will be processed).  
    3. When we receive your return, it will be processed in 3-7 business days. Once it is processed, your full refund will be given. Please note that refunds can take up to 3 business days to be returned to your account. If you're requesting an exchange, the accessory(ies) you requested in your exchange form will be shipped immediately once your return is accepted, granted that they're in stock.

    Please be advised that if you do ship your return or exchange back without communicating with one of our customer service representatives, we will not be able to process a refund nor an exchange.  As the customer, you are responsible for ensuring your return is delivered to our warehouse in the condition it was received it.
